Our Story

Eight years ago, a flat white in New York completely changed how I thought about coffee. It wasn’t just a drink; it was an experience that stayed with me and sparked a curiosity that never went away.

I had once trained in law, but it was coffee that truly called me. From New York to Costa Rica, I’ve travelled to learn, taste, and train, all to deepen my craft and bring that knowledge home.

We roast in small batches from our countryside shed in Ireland, sourcing coffees with care and curiosity. Just like the seasons, our offerings change,  bringing fresh harvests, new origins, and stories worth sharing.

Our goal is simple: to create coffee that’s both approachable and exceptional. Specialty coffee shouldn’t be intimidating; it should feel like a ritual you look forward to, whether at home or in your favourite café.

Every bag of Little Moments celebrates connection: to the farmers who grow it, the cafés who brew it, and the people who share it.

This journey has been one of endurance, passion, and perseverance. But it’s also been about joy;  the joy of sharing great coffee, connecting with people, and creating something meaningful from the ground up.
